I'm Toby's father, who for his entire short life has had to live with cystic fibrosis and the very heavy symptoms it entails (frequent epileptic seizures, inability to walk, blindness, force-feeding, etc.). In 2007, when he was just 6 and a half years old, his journey with us came to an end. A child leaving us before he's even had a chance to grow up is simply inconceivable. That's why I've decided to get involved this year in honor of our little Toby.
On March 2, I'm organizing a quillothon in Lavaltrie in memory of my son. The event will raise funds for the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, which supports research into pediatric cancers.
The event will take place at Le Magnifique bowling alley, 51 Chem. de Lavaltrie, Lavaltrie, QC J5T 2H4.
We invite you to make a donation on this page, to help ensure that all sick children can also grow up healthy.
Thank you so much for your generosity!
