Together for Beatrice!
Over the past few months, our family has been going through a great ordeal. At the age of 5, Beatrice was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, stage 4 melanoma. She has shown resilience, strength, joie de vivre and courage through all the challenges the disease brings. She goes through each treatment, each examination and each surgery with determination, despite the fear and pain it can bring.
We are a team, a family behind her in this storm!
Pediatric cancer research is one of the reasons why hope exists. Among other things, the Charles Bruneau Foundation has enabled us to gain a better understanding of Beatrice's tumour and its genetics, so that we can offer targeted treatments if necessary. By donating funds to research, we give hope to children and their families - the greatest gift of all!
On October 1, 2023, together we (family and friends) will run 10 km in the Beneva marathon in Quebec City. A symbolic gesture to underline our strength and uniqueness through illness!
