Family party organized by Yana Kossovsky

Hello,

My name is Yana Kossovsky and I'm first and foremost a mother of three wonderful children. Today, I'd like to share with you a part of my story that's very close to my heart.

At the age of 15, I was battling cancer. During this difficult period, I was lucky enough to take part in a magical weekend organized by a foundation in partnership with a hospital treating pediatric cancers. That moment left an indelible imprint on my heart, giving me the strength to keep fighting.

As I grew older, I felt a deep desire to give back and share this happiness with other children going through similar ordeals. So I started organizing events in my home country, to bring a little light and hope to sick children. Today, I'm filled with emotion and gratitude to announce my very first event of this kind in Quebec.

The August 18 event is a family celebration for the children of Longueuil and the surrounding area, featuring many activities. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Charles Bruneau Foundation to support research and find solutions to eradicate this terrible disease that affects so many families.

As a real estate broker and fitness instructor, I'm constantly meeting people who, directly or indirectly, are affected by cancer. This has reinforced my belief that every little helps. Together, we can make a real difference.
